Stress Relief for Working Moms

Get Organized

Plan ahead as much as possible. Try to streamline your routines. Pack extra clothes. Keep wipes stocked in your car. Whatever you need to do to make it through the day. Or, at least make it to daycare!

Connect with your Kids

Moms are basically wired to multi-task. Try to make time to truly connect with your kiddos. If you feel like your not giving your kids enough attention, it will only add to your stress.

As a working mom, you have to learn to say no. You simply don’t have enough time to please everyone. In order to be the best version of yourself, you have to set boundaries when it comes to requests.

We do everything for our babies, but in order to be a good mom, we have to take care of ourselves. Make this a priority. Make time for sleep. Make time for yourself. It’s hard to work into a busy schedule, but it will make you better in the end.

Get Help

This is a big one! You’re not a one woman show! If you can afford it, hire someone to clean your house. Ask family or friends to watch the kids so you can spend an hour by yourself. Asking for help is crucial in making life less hectic for working moms.
