About Me

I’m Mrs. Pigg

My name is Cassie Pigg, and yes, that is my real name. I’m no one special. I’m not rich or famous. I’m not a perfect mother telling you how to be a good mom. I’m a very real mom. I fail over and over again, but I keep going.

After the birth of my daughter, I experienced severe postpartum anxiety. At the time, I didn’t even know postpartum depression existed. I had heard about it, but I didn’t think it was a real thing. Why? Because no one really talks about it. I want to change that. I want to get in the trench with you, sis. We need some real talk about the real BS that comes along with being a mom. We also need depression and anxiety resources for all moms that suffer from depression or anxiety disorder postpartum.

If you are struggling with postpartum, get help. Immediately. There is zero shame, and it will make you a better mom! Please don’t make the mistake of thinking you just need to tough it out. Don't let the man get ya down and all that stuff. Get some help!

I started this project several months ago when I decided to write a book on my own personal disaster. Then, I thought, why not build an app? Due to an outpouring of support and confessions from many mamas that have suffered in silence, I have decided to start a blog. Recently we decided to launch a podcast, "Wrecked Mamas," where I join my good mom friend Aja Sexton for some real talk.

I'm here to help.

Cassie Pigg is now offering postpartum coaching.

I am not a healthcare provider. If you need medical assistance, please see your provider or visit emergency services near you. I am offering postpartum coaching as a service to help moms that are struggling find their way. If you decide to work with me, we will come up with a strategic plan to help you thrive in your postpartum journey. Living with ppd/a can be difficult, and I want to help you discover the best version of yourself through your journey.
